LAV III Monument Community Application
Key Requirements
- Applications must be made by or on behalf of communities in Canada
- Applicants will be notified of the receipt of their application as well as the status of their application after 90 days of receipt of their application
- The LAV III Monument including a commemorative plaque will cost communities $17,500, plus applicable sales tax
- Approved communities are also responsible for the monuments transportation (from London, Ontario) and the installation of a concrete support pad
- Communities are also responsible for a set of terms and conditions which include responsibility for maintenance of the memorial as well as use of the memorial in education programs
